LittleBigPixel is a website in which users can purchase a block of pixels (15x15) and use the pixel space that they have purchased to advertise on LittleBigPixel's homepage. The cost of each 15x15 pixel block is set at 10 dollars each, but this may be changed upon purchase of this website. Heres how it works:
1. Users select and purchase the amount of pixel blocks that they would like to use. (All purchases are handled through PayPal)
2. Users are then directed to a form where they will specify the image to be used to advertise using their purchased pixel space.
3. Once payment is confirmed, the webmaster places the user-specified image on the LittleBigPixel homepage.
This website requires very little work to run. On average you will spend around five hours per week working on the website, depending on the amount of customers. The LittleBigPixel homepage comes standard with a pixel grid containing 2116 pixel blocks. This means that based on selling these blocks at 10 dollars each, you will generate $21,160 in profit. However, the pixel grid can be expanded to accommodate more pixel blocks, meaning the possibility for profit is only limited by the number of customers you get! |
